1 General Terms and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") apply to the dkwin9 platform and all services operated under it. "Services" refers to dkwin9's website, mobile application, casino games, sports betting and all related activities. "User" or "Member" refers to any person who has created an account on dkwin9 or is using its services.

By entering into this Agreement, the user confirms that they have read and understood all the terms listed below and agree to abide by them. Any user who does not agree with these terms is requested to refrain from using the services. dkwin9 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time and will notify members through the usual channels before any changes take effect.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility Requirements

To open an account and use dkwin9's services, users must meet the following requirements:

• The user must be at least 21 years of age.
• The user must be eligible to participate in online betting and casino activities under the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
• Each person may create only one account. If a person holds multiple accounts, all of them will be closed and funds held in those accounts may be forfeited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate and complete.
• Account login details must be kept strictly confidential and must not be shared with any third party.

2.1 Identity Verification

dkwin9 may at any time request a government-issued ID, proof of date of birth or proof of address to verify a user's identity. If the required documents are not provided within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

2.2 Account Security

The user is solely responsible for the security of their account. Any unauthorised access or suspicious activity must be reported to the support team immediately. dkwin9 is not liable for any loss resulting from misuse of an account.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Transactions

The rules governing financial transactions on dkwin9 are set out in detail below.

3.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (two hundred taka). dkwin9 currently accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank and BRAC Bank). Deposited funds become available in the account immediately upon confirmation.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Users are requested to withdraw using the same payment method used for the deposit — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay or bank transfer.

Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed. If verification is not complete, the withdrawal request may be placed on hold.

3.3 Transaction Responsibility

dkwin9 is not liable for any issues arising from deposit or withdrawal requests submitted with incorrect information. It is the user's responsibility to verify the correct account number and amount before completing a transaction.

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

dkwin9 offers new members a 200% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳8,000. For example: a user who deposits ৳1,000 receives a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing their total balance to ৳3,000; before withdrawing this bonus, the user must wager 15 times the total bonus amount (i.e. ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000).

General terms and conditions for bonuses and promotional offers:

• Each bonus offer has its own wagering requirements, which are clearly stated alongside the offer.
• Neither the bonus funds nor the original deposit may be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or fraud will result in the bonus being cancelled and the account may be closed.
• dkwin9 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time.
• Placing opposing bets intentionally to meet the minimum wagering requirement using bonus funds is prohibited.

4.1 VIP Cashback Program

The dkwin9 VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier provides a weekly cashback as a fixed percentage of that week's net losses: up to 0.2% for Bronze, up to 0.5% for Silver, up to 0.8% for Gold and up to 1.0% for Platinum. For example: a Gold-tier member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 receives ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 in cashback.

5 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all betting activity on dkwin9.

5.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

Once a bet has been confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. In the event of a technical error or unusual circumstances, dkwin9 reserves the right to cancel the bet and refund the original stake.

5.2 Event Cancellation or Postponement

If a match or event is cancelled or not completed within the scheduled time, the related bets will be declared void and the stake will be refunded. However, if the event was cancelled after running for a certain period and a result can be determined up to that point, the platform's own rules will apply.

5.3 Maximum Bet Limits

A maximum bet limit may be set for each game or betting market. These limits may vary by game or market, and dkwin9 reserves the right to revise them at any time.

5.4 Erroneous Odds or Results

If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error or human mistake, dkwin9 reserves the right to cancel bets placed at those odds. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the user's account.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dkwin9 platform:

1. Creating or operating an account using another person's identity or information.
2. Placing bets or playing games using automated software, bots or scripts.
3. Creating artificial transactions for the purpose of abusing bonuses.
4. Conducting money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
5. Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
6. Harassing other users or engaging in inappropriate behaviour.
7. Attempting to claim bonuses multiple times by creating multiple accounts.

Participation in any of the above activities may result in dkwin9 immediately closing the account and forfeiting all funds held in it. Legal action may also be taken where necessary.

7 Personal Data and Privacy

dkwin9 treats the protection of users' personal data as a top priority. Information provided at the time of account registration is used solely for the purposes of operating the service and verifying identity.

8 Responsible Gaming and Setting Limits

dkwin9 believes that sports betting and casino activity should be for entertainment purposes. To help protect users from uncontrolled betting, we provide various tools such as deposit limits, session time limits and temporary account breaks.

8.1 Self-Exclusion

dkwin9 strives to provide uninterrupted service at all times. However, temporary disruptions may occur in the following situations:

• Scheduled maintenance activities.
• Unexpected technical issues or server outages.
• Issues with third-party payment providers.
• Service suspension due to legal or regulatory reasons.

dkwin9 is not liable for any loss caused by such disruptions. Users will be notified in a timely manner about any service suspension or changes.

9.1 Right to Close Accounts

dkwin9 reserves the right to close any user's account at any time and for any reason. If an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any bonus funds may be forfeited; however, any legitimately earned real-money funds will be returned where possible.

10.1 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, an attempt will first be made to resolve it through direct discussion. Both the user and dkwin9 are committed to resolving issues in good faith. In any dispute concerning the interpretation or application of these terms and conditions, dkwin9's decision will be considered final.

11 Intellectual Property and Content Use

All content on the dkwin9 platform — including logos, brand names, designs, software, text, images and other materials — is the intellectual property of dkwin9 or the respective rights holders. Copying, reproducing, distributing or commercially using this content for any purpose other than personal use is strictly prohibited.

Game content and software are operated under the intellectual property rights of the respective game developers. Users are granted the right to use this platform for entertainment purposes only.

12 Changes to Terms and Their Effect

dkwin9 reserves the right to change, amend or update these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified on the platform before any changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

If any part of this Agreement is declared unenforceable for any reason, the remaining parts will continue to be fully effective. The most recent version of these terms and conditions shall apply, and all previous versions are considered void.
